Lions of Bridgewater

Yikes! I had planned on doing a few more updates than I have up till now. There has been lots of activity going on behind the scenes here at bridgewaterlions.org:

• There is now a contact form for people who are interested in getting more information about Lions.
• I finally got the caching software installed, so pages should be displaying MUCH faster now.
• I’ve decided to re-enable comments. I have all the anti-spam protection in place so it should be OK. I’ll be keeping an eye on it.
• Information has been posted about all of the clubs here in Bridgewater.

So now that all that administrivia is out of the way, I can get back to posting useful info about the Lions clubs of Bridgewater. More updates to follow soon!

Join the Lions of District 33S as they stroll along the scenic Cape Cod Canal and raise money for eye research. The All day event takes place at Scusset Beach State Park on Saturday, October 6, 2007 beginning at 9AM. There will be plenty of food and entertainment for the whole family! This event offers all Lions a chance to say, “Thank You!” to Past International Director (PID) L. Doug Sime and Lion Vale Sime for representing New England on the International Board of Directors for the past two years. The celebration will begin on October 13, 2007 at 6:00PM at White’s of Westport. The cost is $40 per person.
